Release Notes for Version 2.1.6 PDF Print E-mail

  • The program was translated to Finnish. Many thanks to Christine!
  • The size of all 3 views can be scaled (zoomed) now. Note: If you open an existing project, the size of all views will be set to "1", which is very small. Simply adjust it after you've opened the project. The sizes will be saved on exit and restored when opening the project the next time.
  • The zoom slider is located on the bottom now as a part of the new status bar.
  • 2 navigations are available now: "Go to a date" and "go to a chapter". The navigation works only in the current part so far. If a date or chapter was not found, a message is shown. You can jump to the next date or chapter by pressing the arrow buttons (""). The navigation windows can be opened during work. Therefore they can be used as a bookmark, too.
  • Each scene can be imported as a and exported to a text file now.

  • First of all the program was translated to Hebrew. Many thanks to Abraham for the translation!
  • The information window (called "Quick Info") can be resized now.
  • A project can be copied now. To do this simply select "Save as..." from the file menu.
  • Statuses are colored with different colors now:
    Outline - blue
    Draft - pink
    1st Edit - red
    2st Edit - orange
    Done - black (a thin line as it was before)
  • In the scene dialog characters and locations can be added directly now.
  • The location list shows the country now. Furthermore the list is sorted by country.
  • Jasper Reports (the "Tools -> Export..." menu) can be edit by user now. However this needs some knowledge about the database model as well as how to use iReport. A tutorial how this can be done will follow.
  • The database engine has been updated to version 1.0.78 (2008-08-28).
