Exports: With Storybook you can export your project to a variety of formats. Included export reports are: Book Summary, Character List and Location List.
Each of these reports can be exported as:
- TXT (plain text)
- PDF (Acrobat Reader)
- HTML (Browser)
- RTF (Rich Text Format, for Word or Open Office)
- CSV (comma-separated values, for Excel or Open Office)
Furthermore, each of these reports can be exported as pure data, without any formatting. This is useful especially for CSV exports.
Charts: The extensive chart formats give you an even greater overview and offer yet more information about your book. Charts can be exported as a PNG image, which can be imported in programs like MS Word or Open Office.
- Appearance of Characters by Scene: Shows which characters are used in which scenes.
- Who is Where, When?: Shows characters in a strand-date grid. It's the answer to questions like: "Was Homer at the Atomic Power Plant on March 17?"
- Appearance of characters by Date: Shows which characters are used when and with which strands.
- Usage of Strands by Date: The answer to the question: "Which strands and strand links are used when and how often?"
- Character Gantt Chart: Shows the life-cycles of characters.
- Occurrence of Characters: Shows the overall occurrence of all characters alongside the average occurrence.
- Occurrence of Locations: Shows the overall occurrence of all locations alongside the average occurrence.

Storybook is a freely distributed program and is licensed under the GNU General Public License. Site Administrators may use the PAD file.
