First making a backup is always a good idea. Storybook creates a new folder in your home directory called

.storybook

For a full backup of your application settings like the language simply zip that folder. However files (or projects) created with Storybook are not saved this way. Use your backup software to save them.

Windows 7 / Windows Vista

On a PC with Windows Vista installed, the folder for user "frodo" would be

C:\Users\frodo\.storybook

Linux

On a PC with Linux installed, the folder for user "frodo" would be

/home/frodo/.storybook

Windows XP

On a PC with a Windows XP installed, the folder for user "frodo" would be

C:\Documents and Settings\frodo\.storybook

Please note the path depends on the language (of Windows XP) installed.
